Pulled a muscle in my neck so all I could do today was cardio.

          40 mins bike
          20 mins cross trainer.
Hopefully back lifting weights tomorrow or Sunday.

Had a busy few days over the weekend and found it hard to make the gym- working and guests etc.

Looks like a couple days off after 7 weeks of constant work was needed as I dipped under 104kg today.

                103.9kg

Hit the gym at 11am and did:

                Chest Press:             4 sets x 56 kg, 12 reps
Cable Upright Row:   4 sets x 30 kg, 12 reps
                Seated Row:             4 sets x 56 kg, 12 reps
                Hamstring Curl:        4 sets x 56 kg, 12 reps
Standing Dbell Curl:   4 sets x 16 kg, 15 reps
                Stand Barbell Curl:     4 sets x 27.5kg 12 reps
Tricep Cable Pulldwn: 4 sets x 50 kg, 15 reps

                Feel great for it.

                      Thanks for the support fellas.

Was at a BBQ last night with the missus and a few mates.
Really not a problem for me now to avoid the beer & the carbs.
Just had around 225g of steak and some salad, tbls of olive oil and sipped water for the night.
Weight is back up to 104.5kg this morning but some fluctuation is normal I guess.

Haven't done cardio this morning as my headphones need to be replaced and I can't face an hour cardio without Lamb of God.
Will go get them now and then hit the gym.

40 mins of bike and 15 mins of treadmill today.
Have some DOMS today after my workout yesterday so a bit tired as well.
                        All good though.

Hiya mate, can recommend the Sennheiser 300s ear buds, if your looking for a new pair and haven't tried them - bargain price too!

Not sure about Lamb of God - thought that was on the specials board down the local?

... and where there's DOMS and steak - there's GROWTH!

                          Thanks mate.

Funny, I got the Sennheiser CX299's.
Curry's had them for £29 down from £40.

Lamb of God is the best workout music.
The riff that kicks in at 2:00 of 'Choke Sermon' is just bitchin'

Sodding-buggering-fock-wank- I've done my neck in getting out of the shower, of all things.

Definitely no weights today as I can barely moved.
I did manage 60 mins of moderate pace on the recumbent bike.
This always seems to happen- get 6-8 weeks in and get injured.
Determined to not let it stop me getting some exercise and I WILL be sticking to the diet.

                                  LOL @ Northerngal.

                                  Erm, thanks babes.
                                  I am doing ok actually.
Diet has been perfect and I've dropped out one protein shake to account for the reduced activity today.
I will be back in the gym tomorrow I think.

Awesome pic, but Tony you're not doing yourself many favours posting up tips on preventing the gag reflex and then a picture of a guy touching his toes - Ak
