Oi Fat boy get down and give us 20!!!

I thought I would start a journal as I sometimes Find it hard to get motivated, At the moment I'am trying to cut and need some good advice. I have just recoverd from a bad back injury where I put 2 stone, over the past few months. I now want to push to get off that extra bit of weight and get back into the swing of things. My stats are Weight 14.2 Height 5,7-8 waist 34-36 thighs 28 calf 16 bicep 15.5

7am 2 x oatabix, skimmed milk. 3 x Egg whites 1 x T5 10am Sardines x 2 brown bread banana Shake 12pm Chicken/prawns/tuna/fish Boiled spuds/Pasta/Rice Banana & Apple 1 x T5 3pm 3 x Egg Whites 1 x whole egg 1 x Tuna 5pm Chicken/Chop/steak/fish Pasta/Rice/Boiled or backed spuds shake 7pm Train Banana 10pm Chicken & Apple, orange Shake This is my current diet, its far from perfect. Im using T5's at the moment which I find a great help, Im using the maximuscle protein im not a big fan and im hopeing to change when that runs out.

Monday Deadlift Shrug Seated row Pull upps 30 mins cv Tuesday Karate Wednsday Flat db press standing millitery press Incline db press Press upp's 5 x 20 30 mins cv Thursday Karate Friday Karate Bag curcuit Sat Squat Leg curls Legg press calf raises 20 mins cv Sun Rest/ Light 3 mile jog

Good workout yesterday, Felt really good when I had finished. Im paying for it today tho my back has been really stiff after doing the deadlifts, I will have to get the missus to get the oil out ;). Karate tonight so hope is gets a bit looser after I get warmed up.
