I thought I would start a journal as I sometimes Find it hard to get motivated, At the moment I'am trying to
cut and need some good advice. I have just recoverd from a bad back injury where I put 2 stone, over the past few months. I now want to push to get off that extra bit of weight and get back into the swing of things.

My stats are

Weight 14.2
Height 5,7-8
waist   34-36

    10am
    Sardines x 2 brown bread

    12pm
    Chicken/prawns/tuna/fish

    Boiled spuds/Pasta/Rice

    Banana & Apple

    1 x T5




    3pm
    3 x Egg Whites

    1 x whole egg

    1 x Tuna






    5pm
    Chicken/Chop/steak/fish

    Pasta/Rice/Boiled or backed spuds

    shake




    7pm
    Train

    Banana




    10pm
    Chicken & Apple, orange

    Shake


    This is my current diet, its far from perfect. Im using T5's at the moment which I find a great help, Im using the maximuscle protein im not a big fan and im hopeing to change when that runs out.

        Good workout yesterday, Felt really good when I had finished. Im paying for it today tho my back has been really stiff after doing the deadlifts, I will have to get the missus to get the oil out ;). Karate tonight so hope is gets a bit looser after I get warmed up.
