Comes across as a really nice down to earth guy. Fantastic physique and only 38 lol. My question is tho, do you have a family? and if so how do cope with family life, which can be very demanding, with a very demanding sport such as bodybuilding?

Good video - interesting to see him as he's a similar height to me. What current weight and height do you hold? Where are you planning to go from your current weight? Could you see yourself going pro?

AshSparkz great video! what does your current diet look like? what is your current workout split? Hey My current diet in the day is basically 100 ish g oats, 6 eggs 3 toast, 1 kilo of turkey, 250g (dry) basmati, maybe a bowl of cornflakes! and an ISOPURE protein after gym, which Is a big (70g) mixture plus creatine/glutamine etc...I also wake up usually and have a protein/cereal at 2-3am Training split varies all the time.Usually its hams/shouders, chest bi, back tri and then quad calf. Cheers OLI

Thanks- yeah skin cream works wonders huh?! Family....no and I know where your going,I did have a GF during my prep and basically she said NEVER AGAIN-Im not with her as it goes now.Maybe a coincidence hehe? BB is a completely selfish sport and at times very difficult.Put it like this I couldent go out with anyone doing it, it would do my head in! do you have family and compete? how do you/they find it? _GM_ Hi Do you wish you started doing shows at a younger age? What is your strongest body part? What is your weakest body part? What are your future goals? Whos is your favourite Pro bodybuilder? Cheers Hello mate I get asked this a lot.Basically absolutely not in answer to competing earlier.Im ready now.I was doing other things before-you HAVE to be 100% focused on BB to do well, and anything I do I do 110% or I dont bother.Besides, guys do things to excess if you now what I mean and get themselves injured, sick and dont end up looking like they will be competing past 30 never mind 40.So now the time is right for me. Strongest part is prob shoulders and triceps.Calfs are not bad either :-).Im very very strong on presses- in fact I competed in the Britain Strongest Man qualifiers many years ago. Weakest is prob biceps.I hate training biceps. Its such a small muscle and the lactic build up is the worse. Also genetically Im not blessed with peak so Im conscious I have to work them even harder. Future goals in BB would be to get top 3 in the superheavies which I think is possible if not better.Hope to qualify for the Arnold. And of course to turn pro would be nice :-). If I had to pick a current one it would be Phil.No doubt the new Mr.O.An old school one would be Kevin Levrone. The best shoulders and triceps ever seen.As the ultimate "physique" Id take probably Shawn Ray or Flex Wheeler. Thanks mate OLI

Papa Lazarou Good video - interesting to see him as he's a similar height to me. What current weight and height do you hold? Where are you planning to go from your current weight? Could you see yourself going pro? Hello Papa Currently Im 20 st dry.Fairly lean as I have to be for the show Im in currently.Im happy at this weight,I dont believe in weight for weights sake, Im getting enough calories to grow as when I see love handles appearing then I know Im eating more than my body is using, so I use my abs as a guide.I think I can come in a bit heavier but leaner for the 2011 finals.Yes I can see myself going pro, assuming I stay injury free.I have been told by a number of people I could of been top 3 in the 2010 superheavies and I only dieted for about 6 weeks. So lets see what this year brings! Cheers! OLI

How have you adapted to having fans/followers? Who do you think is the most underrated bb'er on the uk circuit Would you in a few years time do what other bb'ers have done and make the move into strength sports?

Hello WBG I couldent say if I had fans or followers, I mean Ive had people appreciate stuff Ive done in the past be it film or TV work or whatever but as for the BB Ive not really been out there long enough yet although I do get a fair amount of mail and yeah, Its great- feels good to be appreciated and I like people asking me stuff so they can progress too. Underrated bb on the UK circuit is a tough one...I know Barny has been at it for a long time but hes not exactly underrated- Im just surprised hes not done it yet (ie pro).I think if Zack hadnt got his pro Id of said...WTF!? Ive already done strength sports,so no-my next move will be to carry on the BB as long as I can and then diverse into more film/tv which I love doing.I must of been ignored as a kid huh?!! :-) OLI

Incredible Bulk good video Oli, how large are those calves of yours? sweet baby jeesus Ha thanks..a bit smaller than my arms so about 20".Funny thing is I dont train them as much these days.I think they remember what will happen if they start getting smaller so they have decided to stay big and avoid the punishment!
