Omnadren 250 and my diet plan

Hello I'm looking at hitting the gym to bulk up/get big and build muscle as I'm currently 5' 10' and weigh 13 stone but consider myself to be small and skinny so want to make some big changes.I have two boxes of Omnadren 250 that a mate gave me and told me its brilliant stuff and works very good.I would like your thoughts and also do you think it will go well with my diet plan ? Supplements- PHD Pharma Whey (2 Scoops Per a shake) PHD Pharma Gain My protein instant oats My protein vitargo 7am - Cereal and protein shake (Good choice. Go with weetabix, Oats, or Shredded wheat and mix into a paste WITH your whey protein with boiling water for a very tasty, and nutritious breakfast and start to the day. If you're looking to pack on size, you could of course use full or half fat milk instead of the water. I would shoot for around 3-4 if you can, bearing in mind that 1 x weetabix yields around 12g carbs. 50g would be a good number. I use 2 x scoops of Pharma Whey HT+, giving just under 40g of protein. Remember too that there will be some protein in the weetabix, and also in milk if thats what you use to mix it with. 10am - Carbs pasta rice or potato Protein tuna chicken turkey A full tin of tuna is around 30g protein - so perfect. Pasta expands when its cooked obviously. Try to use a handful around the size of your fist. 1pm – Wholegrain Pasta and tuna or protein shake with oats 4pm – Wholegrain Pasta and tuna or protein shake with oats 630pm - Pre workout meal Carbs potato rice pasta Protein turkey chicken tuna Pharma Gain is a great source of quality proteins and low G.I carbs, coupled with healthy fats. I would use this as a meal replacement, perhaps for one, as your pre-workout meal Post workout - Protein shake with vitargo 8-9pm - Healthy meal and veg

how old are you? If your only just starting weights there is no need for gear lean the exercises and how to perform decent reps and good form then when you get to your natural limit consider the use of anabolic support. You will ruin and waste your natural potential using gear now. As for the diet head over to the diet section mate they should be able to help.
