Had an awesome session tonight, felt really motivated and up for it which for some reason I haven't been feeling much lately. 4/7/08 Front Squats- 60/5, 100/5, 140/3, 160/1, 180/1, 200/f Elbows just dropped on the 200k and lower back was pretty tight after work. The 180k felt like there was a double or a triple there, plus it was a gym record. Leg Press- 130/10, 210/8, 290/8, 320/8 Safety Bar Squats- 100/5, 140/5 DB SLDL- 45/8, 60/8/8

Toms right. As of late mine has been down as well which is not good since i have nationals in a few weeks. I am still progressing but when gains slow down you tend to get pissed and want more.

Pretty good session tonight, gym was busy so just did deadlifts and left it at that. I'll train triceps on Friday after legs. 7/7/08 Suited Trap Bar Deads- 100/6, 140/5, 180/3, 230/3, 270/1, 300/f/f Suit on from the 180k, belt kept slipping so pulled the 270k almost beltless and then when it slipped on the 300k both times just totally threw me off.

The washing machine was ~70k, the bottle was 120k, the car was ~700k but don't know the weight lifted as it was flipped, think that cage daeadlift was my 260k attempt which I got, squat I think is 255k which I got and the Hercules was 150k per hand.
