I dont train bench since I dont need it in strongman, I use it as an assistance exercise after push/ rack pressing, strict pressing shrugs etc. Thats why it is lower in comparison to the other two.

What do you mean sh1t in line?? I push press 120 [from rack or the floor], IFSA log press 115, Axel press 120 and strict standing press 87.5. All are for a couple of reps, bar the standing strict with is a single.

Awesome last session before the Qualifiers. Confidence is up so much after today, and feeling good about the comp! :D 3/2/08 Deadlifts- 60/5, 100/5, 140/5, 180/2, 220/1, 250/1, 280/f Used the dive technique for the deadlift on the 280 set, but mucked up the grip so was dedlifting it with only the fingertips on the right hand. Got it to just about the knee but the fingers couldnt hold on. Feel confident to nail it with a conv. tech since the 275 was good: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7H8sLLRnIlM Thick Handle Van Hold- 120/1, 200/1, 280/1, 360/1, 440/33 seconds PB Duck Walk- 150/10m, 150/20m in 21 seconds PB Both were PBs cause they were no drops apart for the turn at 10m on the second set. Farmers Hold- 70/5s, 110/5s Didnt want to push it too hard since the van hold was really good, so just a lift and held for a count of 5 breaths.

Hi mate, nice work. On the deadlifts, are you trying to set a new pb everyweek? Im not sure myself which way to go with either triples every week and a pb attempt every 4-6 or just try and add something every week for a single.

I was doing the coan/ phillipi deadlift routine so it was doubles for a good 6weeks and then I stopped managing the doubles that were planned out and only got singles. Ive been doing more rep stuff since the end of the routine, but today I just wanted a single at the 280 for a confidence boost for my comp this coming Saturday.
