Decided to start a journal here since Ive got one everywhere else

Had a really good final deadlift session before the comp today, especially after all the back related stuff I did yesterday.

28/1/08

Deadlifts- 70/5, 120/5, 170/3, 220/1, 250/3 PB, 260/1/1

SLDL- 150/5, 170/5/5

DB Rows- 35/8, 50/6/6

Pulldowns- lv.12/10/10, lv.15/10

Hammer Curls- 30/8, 35/8

CRAP My gym wouldn't buy me a shake I may end up using some 2" steel tube to make an axle..money too tight to but a real one

Yeah they're pretty good. Setting up a powerlifting and strongman club and they're going to buy us a Texas Power Bar aswell!

Quite a good session today, missed the 130 press out the rack for a third week in a row so going to start some reps after the comp and alternate clean and press and the rack pressing every second week.

30/1/08

Rack Press- 70/5, 90/5, 120/2, 130/f

Standing Strict Press- 40/8, 60/5, 80/3, 87.5/1 PB

Shrugs- 170/10, 220/8/10

Bench- 70/8, 90/8, 110/3, 120/1

Lat Raise- 20/10/10/10

I moved down in September 06, in 2nd year now.

So far Ive got the SSM Qualifier a week Saturday and then Scotlands Strongest Team in May and maybe the Northern Isles in Summer too.
