Hi all looking at starting my cycle a week on monday so wanting to get diet in check before hand, To make the most of my cycle.

Breakfast 5.30am: 100g Porridge oats
2 whole eggs and 3 egg whites omelette
                                20g cheese
Mid morning 9.30am: 1 tortilla wrap
200g chicken breast with fajita seasoning and tomatoes and cucumber
                                    1 medium banana
                                    50g mixed nuts
                                    500ml water
Lunch 12.30pm: Usually same as 9.30am.

Mid afternoon: Tin of mackerel in tomato sauce
                      medium banana
Dinner 5-6pm : Chicken/pork/steak with veg and brown rice or sweet potatoes

7.30 pm pre workout: Critical mass 2700 shake

9.30pm post workout: 50g whey protein and 100g porridge shake.

I am thinking about losing the critical mass shake tho and substituting it with one stop extreme which i used to use

    That's a diet alright lol.

Depends on your metabolic rate and the quantity size for your diet.
In other words if you're looking to gain weight, eat more than you need.  Lose weight, eat less.

Do you think there's to much in it. i assume my metabolic rate is quiet high as previously i was consuming around 4500 cals a day and body fat didn't seem to increase. I am a bricklayer so constantly active.

Anyone who has a physical job I'd recommend they invest in something such as a bodybugg or bodymedia. The UK version is Ki Fit, but is dearer.

They are a monitor you can put on your arm and they're quite accurate at telling you how much calories you burn in a day.

I would use this to get an idea of how many calories you need to eat on working days and off days.  A friend of mine also works in construction and he eats about 4,500kcal on working days and about 3,200kcal on days where he just lazes about the house.

I would 100% get your energy intake sorted before starting a cycle and running the risk of not taking full advantage of it.

This is my previous eating plan. May consider going back to it.
