Event 4 - Car deadlift hold 300kg/360kg (approx)
Event 5 - Pressing medley
105`s - 105kg olympic bar, 110kg log, 120kg axle bar, 70kg monster dumbell
open - 120 kg oly bar 130kg log 145kg axle 80kg monster dumbell
Prepare for the heaviest comp of 2011. last year "only the strong survive" was a great success and was a great day!
This year we aim too put on the heaviest, painful, most barbaric experience ever witnessed by man on the seafront infront of a high capacity crowd so that the top athletes in the country can show what they really can achieve!
Other attractions on the day is a huge funfair, protein and merchandise stalls, live music and more. Always a great day for the family so make sure you bring them along.
weigh in for 105`s will take place between 9am-11am sat 4/6/11. competiton commences 12pm on both days.
