its only a problem if its between the finals, and the qualifier at which the person gets their invite

i didnt realise u could enter npc i thought u had to live in usa for 2 years or hold a ifbb pro card to compete in usa , i sure i read that somewhere b4 obviously it was wrong thats very interesting
what weight catagory u gonna compete in ricardo?

im us resident....and i will compet as amateur...is the same..npc and ifbb in usa is the same......check it out....

im 14.9stones at the moment

but i wont play size game all about condition

I read that you were consuming 40g of carbs a day when dieting for the show. 
 
How much is your carb intake roughly when not dieting?

thanks mate....i try to be lean all year around.....i have about 300 grms of carbs a day.keep training harder....just to let u guys know my first show will be muscletalk qualifier ukbff cant wait
