hi guys

wicked week with hard training but dieing with the diet...lol

9am oats,eggs and banana

10 am workout plus 40 min cardio

12pm chicken breast and salad

3pm protein shake

5.30 salmon

7pm second workout plus 20min cardio

9pm turkey with seafood

before bed protein shake
