Hi guys and girls!

My name is Ricardo Correia and I am now working with MT and have been asked onto Team MT

I won the Middleweights at leicester 3 weeks ago, and have qualified for the UKBFF British Finals.

This is my journal - and here are some pics from the Ripped Gym Shoot

This is my Journal - I'll post updates on my training daily, but I also will answer any of your questions.

Rich,
My current diet plan, which I can tell you is really making an improvement. MT helped me with the low carbs which was 40 grams all day. I am eating alot of salmon and chicken which is part of my diet and my work out is 40 minutes which is really intense. Thanks for meantioning Bola Ojex but, I don't compare myself to them but I'm a big fan of their physique.
