Oxavar (M4OHN) and Dragon 11-Keto (11-oxo clone)

I've always been interested to try an 11-oxo product/clone but never really got around to doing it. I've read a fair chunk about the product and always thought it sounded decent, plus the idea of the 11-oxo bridge sounded like a good idea, so I thought I would give it a spin at some point.....
 
So in my stash I had some Oxavar (M4OHN) purchased from Hero supps earlier in the year, and I recently purchased some 11-keto from Dragon, as always the customer service was immense. For ease of posting and to save confusion, I shall refer to the product as 11-keto from hear on in.
 
So the idea was born to do a recomp cycle of 50mg oxavar a day, plus 600mg of 11-keto for 6 weeks, and then taper down  into an 11-keto bridge for a few weeks.
 
PCT will be a standard Nolva protocol.
 
Diet through out will be below cal maintenence, and high in protein, good fats, and low in carbs (around training only, and only on training days)  
  
Supps along side.... Nothing too fancy really, just my standard multi-vit, D3, Zinc, Mag and high doses of Omega 3's.
 
Training will be German Body Comp style routine 4 x a week, and some 2 modified strong man training sessions too per week.... Prowler induced vomiting anyone?

 I am going to run just 11-keto for 2 months at 300mg no pct just to help keep some muscle whilst dieting for my wedding.
So i will be keeping a close eye on this to see how you get on.

MHN is a great compound I used it to bridge into pct from Tbol earlier in the year and will definitely beusing it again for a recomp next year

Out of interest, is anyone aware of where else Oxavar can be purchased from now?
 
I got mine from Hero earlier this year, and it was a one off sale. I've not found anywhere since that has it in stock.

How many bottles are you planning on running?

I've got 5 bottles which should see me through this cycle.

I never really feel any different when I'm on cycle, I just tend to get on with it....  However I feel "good", a bit like James Brown oowww!!!!
 
Anyway, dropping down to a lower carb approach has seen me lose the expected carb weight already, so it should be interesting from here.
 
Strong man sessions have been brutal, with a cheeky bit of vom slipping out after doing prowler suicide sprints....
 
I'm looking to xmas day for a hearty refeed ;-)

Are you on 50 mg?

50mg of the M4OHN yes, all the logs I saw and read suggested that the dosage needs to be fairly decent, and I read that most people had to ramp it up to see any thing good.
 
So I'm rolling with 50mg through out, unless I get some more stock and go crazy in the last 2 weeks....

Howdy guys, sorry for the lack of updates!
 
I've moved house and it's been hectic :-)
 
What can I say about these products though that I haven't already said? I feel immense!
 
No negative sides at all, it's like a dream! I feel like King Kong in the gym. I've been doing GBC workouts so very little rest, good weights but higher reps and super setting everything. Strongman training too has been savage too and again, very little rest.
 
Today I decided to do a different workout, and blasted chest with my mate. Low reps and heavy weights which I haven't done for a while.....End result was that strength has also gone up and I was adding 10kilo to my bench. I felt immense like I've already said.
 
So far so good, my fave cycle yet!

After a festive refuel/refeed/binge, I'm back in the game diet wise!
 
My waist is decreasing too and leaning up nicely. I'm loving it!!!

Strength is going up, leaning up, endurance on the up too and I just feel like a boss.
 
Libido seems fine (naturally high as I'm a dirty rat), so no negatives there, no lethargy which I usually suffer from, and a feeling of well being and goodness. I know it sounds silly, but I'm expecting something to go wrong at some point lol

No sides what so ever, I feel great.
 
Strength is feeling good and I just feel fresher, and more up for it during my sessions.
 
Trousers and jeans are looser around the waist, and I feel stronger, and more pumped then usual.
 
Libido is fine, the old fella has been on many recent clunge raids and is working as good as ever.
 
All in all, I'm chuffed, feeling great and recomping sweetly.
