That's some fine deadlifting mate, overhead looks strong as well.

On a more serious note, loving the box squats. As you know everyone lifts different but I like a narrower grip than you and I try to look above the horizon, I find it helps to keep me upright/back straighter.
 
Also, are you doing all that bare feet or is my screen fuzzy?

On a more serious note, loving the box squats. As you know everyone lifts different but I like a narrower grip than you and I try to look above the horizon, I find it helps to keep me upright/back straighter.
 
Also, are you doing all that bare feet or is my screen fuzzy? 
 


Thanks mate...not proper box squats as its only touch and go but its stopping me from divebombing like I always have and go way to deep, also helping me learn to sit back more. Taken me years of experimenting mate so little tweaks are worth messing with.
 
I forgot my bloody Reebok crossift shoes yesterday so had to use my old deadlift slippers yesterday mate...its ok but I prefer ankle support these days!

Yes mate a proper box squat breaks the 2 parts of the lift up, sit back on to the box, turn off hip flexors whilst keeping everything else tight then flick them back on and explode up...no rocking!

oh that's right, the moment I pick up an axle, someone else has to come along and make me look like a girl!  Proper solid lifting bud, glad to hear the shoulder's on the mend.  Just had a look at the events, the beginner's is really tempting, as bar the deadlift, it looks pretty comfortable.

2 different exercises.... Box Squats you sit back on, essentially as assistance exercise for equiped lifters.  Then you have Squat To Box which is a touch tap to assist in hitting your mark really

Lol....always someone better mate...my overheads $hit tbh but will start getting it going again now.
Shoulders massively improving...once she has a few more sessions on me i'll be G2G.

50kg sandbag runs tonight...no idea on distance. Fitness feeling on point, just working on leg speed.
