      Weekly weigh in: 14 s 12lb 6oz (-1lb)
      Waist: 34 1/2 " ( - 1/2") Measurement now took loosely, not squeezed tight!

Pleased with this, only a 1lb down but visually look far far tighter, i can tell as my 32" jeans falling down without a belt again! On top of this all my lifts are up. If i'm being honest i think making an under 90 contest is not likely but my strength is going up nicely so under 105's will do me.

Cheers mate, its slowly getting to a level i'm happier with, i just need to get these bloody squats ups over 200kg, ideally for reps.

Energy levels fine mate, its taken a while to adapt to pushing maximal loads for a number of sets but it now feels pretty good.
Now i've finally sorted diet out and on low carb/high protein and fat my body is working even better, i just can't tolerate lots of carbs on a daily basis, no matter how much i'd like to!

Suprisingly i have no pain today from the workout either, apart from a ripped up skin area on my back from the bar!
Strange really, i get very little soreness from a squat session but deads absolutely kill me, even though thats my best lift out of everything!

Shame about the carb front, but at least you know what works for your body. I know I am a 50/50 carb/fat burner from metabolism results
