geneticallyjacked Epic session man. Squatting is coming along nicely. Nice work on the pull throughs as well. I'm adding them in as well. Hopefully the will improve my deadlift. Cheers bud, getting there, 500lbs will go this year!! Pull throughs are cool exercise mate, glutes get fried!! You'll like them mate.

The week soon passes and the skiploads come back round. All good. Nice sssion, and like you say, progression so far has been great. After my DL today I was tempted to get back to the Philipi/coen speed work, helped me no end before but just don't have the place in my sessions ATM

200kg is a fine squat, and 15kg in one cycle is great!

After my DL today I was tempted to get back to the Philipi/coen speed work, helped me no end before but just don't have the place in my sessions ATM Can't wait for skipload bud, lots of goodies in! Yeah i can't complain about progress, ending 10 weeks with a fast 200kg is nice. Speed work works well for me for squats and deads and by the looks of it push presses too, its not so much the explosion it increases for me i don't think more honing technique, though i may be wrong! Works anyway!

Fazc 200kg is a fine squat, and 15kg in one cycle is great! Thanks mate, seeing as i've never been a good squatter, i'll take it, on to the next cycle, aiming for 10kg, hoping for 15 again. Think i'll take a break from phillipi then and try a fresh approach, really want a 500lb raw squat this year.

Weekly weigh in: 15 s 1lb 8oz (3lb gain) Waist : 34 1/2" (same) Suprised here as my diet, though clean has been low in cals, missed the odd meal. Strange but good, looking bigger and leaner, legs putting on size mainly but back/delts coming on too. Aching like mad today so resting up and eating a huge skipload ending with steak in guiness cassarole with coffee cake for pudding and a few beers! After the week i've had i think i've earned it!

Flanders Nice one Ox, enjoy the downtime!... how long is it before your SM comp? I am mate, even caught up on some sleep! Unsure of which comp to do yet and tbh it will probably be a novice event this year so i can really focus on getting alot more strength without worrying about certain events for a given contest. This year is all about pushing ahead into new territory with my lifts and being comfortable doing them any given time. Next year i shall be going for a placing in a under 105kg contest, i think under 90's is out tbh! Any comp i do do will be during the summer, august most likely at the moment!

Post skipload weight 15 s 6lbs 8oz Usual 5lb gain, looking full and still pretty lean, heaviest weight in a long while. Feeling pretty rested and ready for a big session later, considering a 300kg 18" deadlift attempt.
