            Ended up with a 5 hour skipload, just finished.
            Forgot how much fun they are! Haven't gone nuts just steady all morning. Loving the feeling you get from these - feeling hot and veins popping out - even now i'm not as lean - even have slight vein on upper abs. Looking full and pretty lean on it, certainly works well for me.
             
            I'm not eating, apart from a shake now until tonight where we're having a homemade healthy chicken curry, (i will be throwing an ale in there though!).
             
            Unsure how this will pan out weight wise this week, i used to put on around 6-7lbs max in the cutting days so expecting 5lbs maybe tomorrow? Be interesting to see where i base line these days and what effect it has on tomorrows training.

              I just finished my first mini skipload of this new diet as well ; will be interesting to see what the increase is!  Used to get 2-3kg off the 10-12hr ones...lets see what a 2hr load does...haha!  I'd forgotten how awesome they were following the Christmas break that was just one long load!  Yum!

                  Well this morning i weigh in at 15 s 3lbs 6oz, a 5lb gain, dead on what i thought it would be and visually i look bigger and tighter than ever.
                   
                  Should have stayed with it all along i think but really didn't think i'd perform so well on low carb on a daily basis doing the intense training i do but i really do.
                   
                  Back to low carb today and event training later if i can - only 3 hours sleep - nipper really ill again with her teeth.

                    Lacking alot of explosiveness today but a few minor pb's, the 103.5kg continental clean felt pretty easy, reckon 110kg is there now. Its my overhead that once again is the weakness, need alot of work on triceps and delts for lockout. On the plus side also the jerks are feeling much better, once i get my lockout sorted and technique honed some more i should be able to break through 110kg. Would have done more volume but lacking explosiveness today so moved on.

                    Love the slingshot! My triceps were really hit hard!
                    I think if i have time i'll be throwing in a bench day on its own each week as i remember the old days my overhead went up well as my bench did, from next week i may do it mondays. Really enjoyed benching today and elbows felt pretty good apart from during cleans.
                     
                    Started out a poor session on limited sleep but ended up pretty good, considering everything, pleased with performance.

                              Cheers Flanders mate, feel good on the new diet, less carbs certainly suits me better and the skiploads just plain work for me. I'll see where i base line this week before deciding on if to up or lower the load length, max will be 6 hours i should imagine, 5 seemed to work well this week so we'll see. Seemed to help strength yesterday anyway despite massively sleep deprived..again!

                                    I'm using a homemade version with a band, helps pop off the chest and is kind of like using a bench shirt. I'm using it to help overload my pressing muscles to help my overhead lockout, seems to work as i'm in pain today!
                                     
                                    I'm back skiploading mate as i'm back on very low carb as i seem to preform and feel better on it so need a re-feed day - skiploads have worked well for me so though i'd go back to them, working well so far!

                                        Diets sorted now i think, Skipload made me feel great, veins appeared again and yes got that lovely hot feeling like the metabolisms being sparked up!
                                         
                                        Getting back into the benching aswell now too - you've inspired me to try get it up around 140-150kg!
