OxyElite Pro or Blaze?

Ive tried Warrior Blaze, thought it was OK, it did the job, I was able to go for longer and harder with regards to cardio, but no "buzz" or anything like that, even on two caps. I didn't think it was really strong like some claim it to be, but I guess we're all different and all have different tolerances. For those of you who have tried both of these, which would you say is the best/strongest? are they both similar? how do they differ? On a side note - I was taking eph for a while and thought it was pretty crap thb. If I was to use that again, would I be better buying some from Astro Nutrition? would this be more potent than the stuff I got from a friend of a fiend? lol I keep reading that eph isn't what it used to be, so that's why I ask about the ones Astro Nutrition sell.

It really depends what you are after tbh, energy or fat loss. Weight(fat) loss is a result of a calorie deficiency. If you are in a deficit, ephedrine will enhance it, but if your diet isn't in control results will be slim.

i havent tried blaze so cant comment - but oxeylite is the most effective ive tried. Doubt its as good as ECA or ECY. i dont feel a buzz as such, but you feel the focus dmaa gives you in mood and it most definately works as a thermogenic - you will sweat alot (even without working out) so with some cardio i saw good results. Also a mild appetite supressant - found i had to remind myself to eat everyday.

Interested in reviews of either, i've been looking into both and would like to try one. See my post about blaze and making your own version. I'm in a weekly calorie deficit with maintenance on training days and -20% on rest days, will a fat burner enhance the fat loss?
