Re:PCT or Blast and cruise
I'd say run PCT.
Blast and cruise does give you the opportunity to get as big as you possibly can, hence why top BB's run this protocol as they are either trying to grow after a show then straight into a diet for a qualifier then continue for the final if they qualify and so and so on, However...you really need to know where the finish line is otherwise it will just go on and on, and the longer you stay on the harder and more complex recovery will be, you need a solid exit strategy before you start IMO.
But its your body, no one really gives a ......
So think long and hard and dont just jump in to it
"Whats the point in coming off" is not a valid reason to stay on IMO, ask your self "what is the point in staying ON" risk to benefit.
Cruise would be 250mg every 2/3 weeks IMO, 250mg is still well above the bodys normal ranges, so the body is still under stress of some degree and would not be a rest so to speak.
A cruise IMO would be instead of going through ZERO test levels after discontinuing AAS, you are replacing bodys natural production ie TRT dose, testosterone replacement therapy, so the cruise is a rest without being catabolic and going through Recovery, thats my view and the subject will always be subjective to people interpretation of what a blast and cruise should be.
I finished Blast and cruise December and i will never do it again, its not for me Physically or mentally.
