PCT question

Hi Guys,
As I am slighly prone to gyno I will be running novla throughout my up coming 12 week test e cycle but Im wondering how will this effect my PCT?
Will I need to keep running the novla up to 14 days afer last jab then run PCT or should I stop Nolva for a while before stating my PCT?
