P-Mag Dosing...when to take?

Start my cycle monday and im after advice on when to take it as i work nights...its a 40 day cycle @ 75mg (3 capsules) a day.
My problem is that im in nightshift mode during the week then switch back over to normal sleeping patterns for the weekend.
Mondays i wake at 11am, train at 3pm & then im up all night til 8am the following morning.
Tuesdays i wake at 2pm, dont train and go bed again 8am weds morning.
Wednesdays wake again at 2pm, train at 4pm and as before go to bed 8am thursday.
Thursdays wake 2pm again, no training and go to bed again at 8am friday morning.
Fridays just a few hours sleep as i wake at mid-day, train at 2pm & usually go to bed again around midnight.
Saturdays i wake around 8am, train somewhere between 1pm & 4pm then sleep again at midnight.
Sundays wake at 8am, no training and go to bed at about 2am.
How shall i dose the P-mag to get the most effective results as im not sure whether to take in morning, afternoon pre-workout or sometime during the night when im at work??
 

Ideally you want to ensure a constant dose in the blood stream.
 
Monday - 12noon, 7pm and 3am
Tuesday - 2pm, 10pm and 4am
Wednesday - as tuesday
Thursday - as tuesday
Friday - as monday
Saturday - 8am, 1pm, 7pm
Sunday - as saturday

The only problem i would have with that dosing scheme is on a friday....could possibly take 50mg at 12noon and then 25mg at around 9pm? Read alot of people do it this way due to long half-life, 50mg in morning & 25mg in evening. Will it really make any difference wether i split it into 2 or 3 doses?

^ I would keep it to 2 doses. If the half life is 12 hrs, this makes the most sense

Yeah you should split the caps and take 37.5mg am and 37.5mg pm!! 
 

 
haha, 50mg and 25mg split will be fine, don't sweat it too much.

The easiest thing would be to get another job so i my sleeping patterns arent so messed up...i think im just gonna take 50mg when i wake then 25mg 12hrs later and just do this every day as will be the easiest to keep track of.

Yeah good idea, the worst thing is getting mixed up on your dosages and then having to empty the bottle and calculate how many you have taken to see how many you now need to take.
