Agree with Bill, looks like a bit low on fats. Some evoo on your mixed salad, avocado with your chicken and rice and up the omega 3 to 5-6.

I never usually work that out....know its about 350g protein a day and that i get a decent amount of carbs at every main meal.
Yeah maybe lacking on fats but the only fish i like is tinned tuna and salmon fillets. maybe add more almonds or a tbsp of peanut butter before i go to bed, or take more omega 3?
Not sure i like avocado, will have to buy some and give it a try...how about red palm oil as thats what i tend to use for cooking...could add some to my shakes & salad?

If you dont know your macro breakdown and how many calories you are going to consume then you are wasting your time.

Go workout how many calories you need for a lean bulk and break that down into protein carbs and fats.

Its the most basic thing, and the one thing you should know every day wheter on cycle or not.

As above ,go on www.fitday.com thats what i use ,I personally aim for around Pro 40% carbs 30% Fats 30% ,it doesnt take long to browse through the food and add them to your log and once your got everything in, just click on everything you eat for the day simple

              Good advice capo.

Myfitnesspal is easier to use imo, found fitday a bit time consuming

Its alright once you've got everything added to your log, I literally loaded everything i eat into it at once so its all there for me now ,you could never work it all out without something like this in my opinion

I am for fitnesspal too - converted from fitday. Fitday is friendlier for macros and tweaking but the copying meal and multiadd of myfitnesspal makes it a no brainer especially if using smart phone for it.

Ok, for those meals your looking at 3600 cals.
                    360g protein
                    270g carbs
                    120g fats
Then add 3000mg omega 3 to that plus the red palm oil i use for cooking & dressings.
