POSING CLASSES

Hey ladies anyone interested in posing classes and has a comp comin up im holding a class for bikini, bodyfitness and figure ladies, will be held at Hooks gym in London Sat at 12.30, great for ladies who dont have much confidence in walking in heels or posing and turning, this class will teach u all this and we have a great time too, for more info PM me or go on my facebook page for all info. Wishing you well with the posing classes. It surprises me how many competitors you see on stage who ruin such fabulous physiques with poor posing and presentation of themselves on stage. I urge anyone to grab these sort of opportunities.

Thanks Kitty for ur warm welcome, i totally agree with what you say about posing all the hard work and effort and then no presentation at all which will lose u marks, my classes are no bigger than 12 as i want to keep it personal and i want to give everyone my individual attention and couldnt do that with a larger class, the class will last for about 4 hrs and finishes with a Q&A at the end for the girls to ask any questions on competing, posing diets etc, its a great day with great girls and we do have a laugh along the way.  I have 12yrs experience in competing and also posing on a pro stage so take the opportunity whilst its in your area.
My next one will be in stoke on trent in a few weeks xx

Hi, I'll be competing next year for the first time, these classes sound exactly what I'm looking for, but I can't manage anything before the middle of October, too much going on with my family! Will you be doing them on a regular basis?

Hi KarryAnn yes i will be running them every couple of weeks in different areas across the country my next will be probably stoke but thats in the next few weeks, The class we just did was a great success and the girls learned an awful lot and will rock the stages in the next few weeks.

I would be very interested too, I'm way up in the Northwest - well past Manchester but if you can come a little further north than Stoke would be definitely able to come!
 
Actually Stoke isn't too far, just depends on the day and time because I'll need to clear a full day to pop along!

Hey Gingernut, im also from the north west Liverpool but im holding classes where i get enough girls and also where i can hold a class in a gym with a decent size studio, who dont charge the earth, be great if u can get to stoke but i will post up dates well in advance.

Sounds like a fab idea!  But any further down south?

Hey Kels were are u based, i think the furthest down south would be London as i have to come from the north west to do all the classes, and i have gyms who will let me use there facilities in the London area x
