PRO masters worlds live today on-line!

to anyone interested in watching - the professional world masters bodybuilding championships will be shown live on-line tomorrow.pre-judging and the show. check it out at bodybuilding.com i think it starts at 10.00AM EST.

this will be held in new york so the time diff. is about -5 hrs so the pre-judging will start at about 3pm on the 'u.k clock' and it is free. there are a few top quality guys competing.

It looks like a good line up.
I've been watching Bob Cicherillo getting for the show. He looks in awsome shape, as tight as you like. should be a good one and it's free.......even better
