hello,

how much protein (g) do you need on a cut per pound of bodyweight to maintain and keep muscle?
is this the same on a lean bulk aswell?

also.... if you eat too much protein, does this turn into fat?

i weigh 13stone 10 and i am cutting at the mo

I start with 1.5g per lb of lean mass (not bodyweight unless you are lean to start with)

if you eat too much of any food it becomes fat - bummer that!
