30 mins cardio done tonite @ 8.5km/h. Did around 4.25km and it says calories burnt was around 500. Not that I believe it. Getting shin pains but i'll get through it - guess its all this extra weight i'm carrying.

Currently weigh 16 stone 10/11bs or so.

    Tren ace due to be delivered on Saturday now. Will be running 75mg EOD as from the 2nd week of Feb for 4 weeks to harden up and get out the veins as I strip the fat!

          I’ll get the front up as soon as I can – want to get the cut along a bit more before I reveal that – my abs tend to come out even in the mid to high teens so should be in the next 3-4 weeks, esp with the t3 and the tren. What with that and the tanning peptide MT2 I should be a-changing!

              Chuffed with all the back work Was shot after that so arms suffered. Will do them on Saturday before cardio so they get hit properly once this week

                  Did 30 mins of cardio at 8.5km/h. Around 500 cals it says. Also started CLP Tren Ace 100mg/ml.

                  Using 0.75ml a day (as opposed to 1ml which would give 100mg) to allow me to have 75mg out of it since its the 1st time i've used tren and it will also allow the 10ml to last a month rather than 3 weeks

                    An ok day. Annoyed I had to do chest, tricep, tricep and then chest - wanted to do the BB bench and then BB decline bench but they got used just before I got to them twice

                      Dropped legs this week as painful shin splints are hurting and its making an old injury in the right leg show its head again . Shoulders is wasn't bad tbh as I have the sniffles (whilst not a full cold) so strength was down a little.

                        NB - Having a week off cardio as shins have been painful and need them to recuperate so don't wanna knacker them completely by over doing it!

                            I'm actually holding on that for now. Its very cheap but the acne is just about there and i'd rather not take it if I have to so I've decided to leave it for now unless it flares up again.

                                    Didn't train yesterday but did some proper back exercises.

                                    Went to the folks house and did:

                                    8x10 Pull small dead lift tree roots out of ground pulls (several trees)
                                    1x large area of soil twist and grip spade curls

                                    Amongst the things I can think of

                                    Will do a lighter set of back lifts today to lower me back into it having had a few days of. Currently circa 16 stone 8/9lbs - slowed down due to crap diet this week.
