This time around like the spring bulk, is to continue bulking. Aim is for around 17 stone with similar body fat levels to now (or maybe even drop a few % BF - unlikely tho!).
Will be taking:
Weeks 1-4 30mg dbol/day
Weeks 1-10 500mg test e
Weeks 1-10 deca 400mg
After this first 10 weeks i'm gonna cruise at 250mg for a month or so on just test e and then run the following cut:
Weeks 1-6 (maybe upto 10) Tren ace 75mg eod
Weeks 1-10 (12 if tren is for 10) test e 500mg
Weeks 1-6 T3
Weeks 1-10 ECA (maybe, Eph seems to be making me tired for some reason at the mo!!).
The goal of this section is to cut the BF on me down a fair bit. I get quite cut even when BF levels are around 15% (according to the ****ty bf scales I have) so i'll be aiming prolly cut around 5-6kg off and be back around 16 stone.
As for history, ran cycles of a few PH's, M1T, Test E, winny etc. This will be the 1st cycle in which in my mind i'm gonna go for a proper long cycle and I think (as with the last test
e cycle) I should get results. Just means a bit of exercise (I grow well on 3/4x a week), lots of food, rest and some of the devils own juice
