well i guess that is always an option, i think i am gonna take a nice break after my comp too, as i would have been on for quite some time.  that is of course unless i win and qualify for the british finals.

Fairly decent workout.  Feeling a bit better.  Started the 10iu slin today, up to 30iu in the next 10-14 days.

You wouldn't believe tho i'm almost 18 stone tho.  I find it shocking.  Swear I look more like about 15!  Still, just starting a cycle involving the classic mass of test/deca with a decent amount of slin/hgh - should see some decent muscle gain.

lookin in great nick still fella. abs are still there so as daz said, off season shape is v good indeed mate.. calves maybe need to come up some?? only reason i say is that u seem similar to me, decent quads but maybe lackin in calf size??

One thing in my defence is that the light in that room offers no favour - for some reason it doesn't give good shadows and thus detail.

try james' 3 minute calf routine, seems very good, though i havent been doing it long enough to assess gains, they have to be growing given the soreness!

There is the UKBFF in London or Stars Of November towards the end of the year (Oct/Nov time) which is a realistic time frame.  Having almost 6 months off has soften me a little and I need to see where I am at the end of April before I decide where to go from there.  Realistically is gonna be one of those shows I said above that i'll debut at at.

looking good mate, as has been said calves need a bit of work, it probably has more to do with the ammount of size youve packed onto youre upper legs in recent times than actually lagging if that makes sense.
The tattoo does not hide the skin, it reveals the nature of the man...
