Feeling rather burnt out today - another 30-40 mins cardio this evening, no weights and a few days off lifting I think. Joints are taking a hammering working as hard as I have been doing, doing the entire body in 3 days, twice in a row without a break!

    I lied - ha ha - back in the gym for a bit of a push and pull on my weak lifts - deads and squats - these hurt me so have to be careful and do them lightly!

    Pull & Push Day

    Deadlifts
    120k x 10, 120k x 10, 120k x 8, 120k x 7

    Squats
    120k x 6, 120k x 6, 120k x 6

    Hams Machine
    35lb x 10, 50lb x 8, 35lb x 10, 35lb x 10 - 35lb better for working ham's rather than cheating it up...

        Normally the pics are taken on the morning of the carb up so no water at all.  Can't wait to see the end results on the weekend!

                  Cheers mate - will do next year.  Legs need to catch up with the upper body, even tho they are the strongest part, they look the weakest!

                        How much weight do you tend to put on after carbing up?
                         
                        I've been putting on around 7lbs each time and look alot more bloated around the gut. It's back to normal after 2 - 3 days though.

                          7-10lbs of water!  Then by Friday it goes.  Carbed up far less this weekend and already looking better.  Think i've been over carbing!

                              Hmmm - how to make PL pull out of shapeup competition within the last week

                              I hope the other membes of the antiPL secret MT society are reading this and working round the clock on ideas. I've still got my flying monkeys to unleash on him but i don't think their sense of direction will get them to Bristol in time to take him out before sunday

                                Its far from over Chris.  There is a lot of good people out there that have done well. 

                                Be prepared to be surprised - Fordee IMO is gonna be a force IMO to be reckoned with.  We will see!
