Another damn good workout. Came out the gym absolutely covered in sweat, glistening from head to toe

. Weights are a little variable as i'm trying to use the big jump in strength due to the steroid carefullly so I don't start pulling and tendons. Weights are definatley up, but I think I could do more.
Will do it gradually so not to damage myself.
