This time around like the spring bulk, is to continue bulking. Aim is for around 17 stone with similar body fat levels to now (or maybe even drop a few % BF - unlikely tho!).

Will be taking:

Weeks 1-4 30mg dbol/day
Weeks 1-10 500mg test e
Weeks 1-10 deca 400mg

After this first 10 weeks i'm gonna cruise at 250mg for a month or so on just test e and then run the following cut:

Weeks 1-6 (maybe upto 10) Tren ace 75mg eod
Weeks 1-10 (12 if tren is for 10) test e 500mg
Weeks 1-6 T3
Weeks 1-10 ECA (maybe, Eph seems to be making me tired for some reason at the mo!!).

The goal of this section is to cut the BF on me down a fair bit. I get quite cut even when BF levels are around 15% (according to the ****ty bf scales I have) so i'll be aiming prolly cut around 5-6kg off and be back around 16 stone.

As for history, ran cycles of a few PH's, M1T, Test E, winny etc. This will be the 1st cycle in which in my mind i'm gonna go for a proper long cycle and I think (as with the last test
e cycle) I should get results. Just means a bit of exercise (I grow well on 3/4x a week), lots of food, rest and some of the devils own juice

Hope accutane clears up my accutane - really pisses me off when I see all my gains and then this ****e on them

Feeling a little chubby right now. However i've been bulking heavily now for a year and up 2 stone from 14 to 16 stone. I think this cycle can and will lead to some great results. All said and done, can't wait to start to cut in the new year

Remembering I have legs (having neglected them for a month or two) this was a pretty good workout. A little lighter than normal to lower me in, I enjoyed this. Squats will go 1st next time however to allow me to hit 130k x 5 x 5 - hopefully by the end of the cycle early next year, I should be up towards 150k for my squats (and therefore hopefully my deadlifts up to around 200k).

Started Sunday 27/08/06 @ 10am with 10mg of dbol, 200mg of deca and 250mg of test e Running that for 12 weeks and then cruising for month (during december) on 250mg/w test e or perhaps a dbol bridge at 10mg/day.

Then doing 10-12 weeks of test e 500mg/w and tren ace* 75mg eod (for 6-8 weeks) to cut into the spring. Ends AROUND March 2007. I'll then be off AAS till at least September 2007, if not longer.

*Accutane will be with me soon. That will determine if I use tren ace depending on how well it cleans my mild acne.

Right, accutane has now been received and i've taken 20mg today. I'm going to take 1 ever other day (so on average 70mg a week) for a month and then see where I stand with my acne. I will then make my decision based on how it is then for whether I will either a)increase the dose or b)decrease the dose.

From reading i've done across several forums this should be enough to clear me up. Once clear i'll be going as with Bbigman's posting before at 20mg a week to keep me clear - wish me luck

Incidently, i'll take some foto's of my back and shoulders to show the change (if any!).

The less I drink, the more it retains. The more I drink the less I retain. It hold water because of the steroids. If you have a continious flow of water, it figures all is well so allows the water to go. If you hold lots of water you get a little swollen up, rather like the michellen man

Right, 20 mins then off home on the train to the gym for my tricep workout (swapping the back workout over so I can do triceps, back and then chest so I don't hit tri's and chest (both working in the exercises I do on them) 2 work outs in a row...

With 40mg taken so far (on day 3) it seems to be having an affect. The small amount of spots on my cheeks just above the facial hair line are drying up and the whole of my face feels quite a bit dryer. Lips seem to feel a little dry at times but not too crisp . Bodywise i've had a couple of boils come up that weren't there but that maybe because I haven't used Panoxyl since Weds/Thurs nite (can't remember which). So far, so good.

Hopefully this minimal dose will do the trick...

Shame its so bloody expensive. If it does start to do some decent work at the currennt dosage but doesn't kill it all off, i'm gonna go to the dr's and see if they will prescribe me some... as it really does work even at this low dose. Lips feeling a little dry right now tho

Had really really nasty back pumps when I went for walk today - was nearly bent over double when I got back to the office

Think I may have overdone it yesterday and prolly hurt my back a little. Doesn't hurt other than when I go for a long walk mind which is a little odd but i've never had back pumps like that before!!! Will get a lifting belt to help I think with the increasingly heavy DL. I want to thicking my back not improve my grip and strengthen my core - I think 160k will do that anyway!!

Overall, a good workout bar fecking the order up for the DB shoulder press. The meds are really kicking in now to good effect. I do however I have a slight pull on my back on the left just above the hip height in the centre and it feels like a really nasty pump if i'm not careful. Will keep an eye on it. Did it with the DL's next week so a belt may be a worthwhile investment soon...

Lips on 20mg ED are pretty dry. A chap stick is seeing to that. Couple of boil like spots on my fforehead have come up - hope they are the beginning of the end.... weird how my spots are ALWAYS worse on the left hand side?

Another damn good workout. Came out the gym absolutely covered in sweat, glistening from head to toe . Weights are a little variable as i'm trying to use the big jump in strength due to the steroid carefullly so I don't start pulling and tendons. Weights are definatley up, but I think I could do more.

Will do it gradually so not to damage myself. Good things comes to he who waits

Accutane update:

Back drying out. Big spots drying mostly to dry topped spots. Few red marks on the back but not turning into boil like things anymore. Looks like its doing its trick. Give it a couple of months, I think i'll be free of them.

This is whilst using 500mg test, 30mg dbol and 400mg deca as well!!

Good work out. New DL belt helped me this week. Felt really sore for a few days after the last back workout and I think a combination of too high a weight and no back support did it. This time, I felt worked (and sweaty!) without a crippled back

Overall, good workout, esp the DL!

BB Shoulder Press

BB Shrug
100k x 5, 120k x 5, 120k x 5, 120k x 5, 120k x 5, 120k x 3 - sweat on hands made this a little hard to grip

Lateral Raises
12.5k x 8, 15k x 8, 17.5k x 8, 20k x 8, 17.5k x 8 - found that my new lateral raise is up to 17.5k with good form

DB Curl
27.5k x 5, 27.5k x 5, 30k x 5, 30k x 5, 30k x 5 - got half way through and realised that 27.5k wasn't working me enough so up it went!

Hammer Curls

Lying cable curl
85k x 5, 85k x 5, 85k x 5, 85k x 5, 85k x 5

Good workout, esp as i'd had a poor diet this weekend due to travelling and the ex-misses causing me grief
