I celebrated the best ever month of sales on friday with a massive bender with my sales team I manage, which is never very good in a middle of a cut.

Couple of pounds of water weight put on (I drank only vodkas and diet cokes) and made sure I had a oat/whey shake before I went out and a chicken wrap whilst out. Not perfect BUT better than I could have let it be. Also slept in till 9 (from 1.30am) so had good 7 or so hours deep sleep. Also, my sisters (and their partners) had a get together for the 1st time in ages yesterday as well so we had a finger buffet thing, all home made. Very nice but not ideal for a diet but its only 24 hours worth of bad food in a cut of several month - who cares!

End of the day, I do this for vanity and now i'm single pulling (having very amicabley split with the ex) so the odd bad meal won't put me far out and won't lose me a comp - I don't do them. Not actually into pulling tbh right now as the thought of having to worry about anyone right now seems to much like hard work and would get in the way of my training.

Now using my own special made winny for the next 20 days, then 30 days of home made var up till pct (still running test eth as I always do). Strength is still up and my body shape is better than ever (bar today - the extra carbs have somewhat glazed my abs a little - damn carbs ). Prolly will run today but stupidly I used some valium (30mg) to help me sleep yesterday and end its left me feeling a bit lethargic. Note to self, don't use that sh!te unless something is really keeping you awake (see tren, or something else with strong androgens or stimulents such as eph can do).

Right, its 3pm, rest a little, eat a little and go for a run at 6

0 - some git hogged it for about 10 mins so I gave up and went home. Wouldn't share it either the bugger

Still, some good lifts. DB shoulder press I enjoyed with some ok weights. Will go higher next time as I got someone to lift the DB for me (he said he was struggling to get it high enough for me to put it on my hand LOL ) so 42.5k will be do-able. That'll be fab on my cut - back up to my bulk best. Without a shadow of a doubt, the biggest bit of energy waste on ones own is actually getting the DB above you by swinging it up and i'm sure thats not particurly good or safe for the shoulders

Game on! Can't wait for my stepper to arrive - will be able to hit 2 lots of cardio a day, which will be good - 30 mins treadmill each morning where possible and now most nites i'll be stepping too. Just need to get a exercise mat for ab work and i'll be ready and ripped for spring by the way things are going.

I was aiming for 15 stone and circa 12-15% BF as I want to look cut but not ripped to shreds as i'm vain and don't like the ulta ripped looked you'd get at below 10%. Currently at 15 stone 8lbs (well it bounces between 8 and 10lbs truth be known) so i'm gonna hit the goal of 15 stone and see what I need to do then... starting ab work proper soon as well and that will determine in part how low I'm gonna go in terms of weight. That said, I can't wait for my winter cycle of Primo/tren eth/test eth and var. Some more lean mass

Don't beat your self up over it - I've ate loads of crap this weekend. Mainly cause I've been active with the family, eating out etc...

I'm on clen right now too, doing a 2 weeks eca and 2 week clen combo. Forget how bad ECA is. I get the strange feelings and anxious and the clen just makes my body tremble but doesn't actually effect me in myself.

Strange as clen is supposed to be stronger.

Overall, spent ages in the gym today, must have been a good 2 hours. Normally don't spend anywhere near that amount of time there but being that it was empty and the winny/var combo is working wonders I figured why waste a good chance to hit myself for six. Strange thing is, I don't feel any worse for wear about it at all, not over trained or lethargic at alll.

Back into the gym in the morning for another 30-40 mins of cardio on my weights day off and then home for some ab work on the new exercise mat that've got to prevent friction burns if I do it straight onto the carpet LOL - just need something that weighs circa 15-20k for my weighted situps...
