1st ever proper crash today in terms of energy. Felt like I was gonna pass out with the lower carbs i'd have. Had a tuna shake, pitta bread, glass of dextrose, a 200mg caffiene tab and 60mg of eph and i'm back on my feet. Need to watch it now my carbs are getting low that I don't drop them too low. Also the row and the fact I didn't sleep till 3am this morning and was up at 7.15 didn't help!

Gonna skip my back day today and just do 60 mins odd on the stepper for the cardio and then do my back tomorrow evening.

I hope so. Will see how in reality the different dosages work. If its massively more successful i'll run a cycle or so like that a year, if there is very little then I know not to use the amount of the compounds i'm considering.

Taken final jabs (did 500mg of test on sunday) and then running my current winny and var till it runs out and then i'm going clean for a few months since i'm gonna be staying at my folks house.

May run some light var courses thro the summer but then i'll be back on in the winter with a beast of a winter cycle. Stetch marks I think will be aplenty!

Hey papa i was suffering from the same thing recently, best thing i could suggest is go t a specialist running shop and see if youre wearing the right kind of shoes for you style of running

Oh and yes definate lover of var. I've ran it now for just one month. I have more veins on the arms than i've ever had. Normally I struggle to get veins down the centre of the bicep even at low BF %ages but with var I now have a few veins that make their appearance very readily without any effort. I also have the same strength (not more alas) than when I was on far more cals a few weeks back. I'm also finding it holds muscle very well as my waist seems thinner and the back wider than ever before. I definatley like it - a lot!

15 mins HIIT. Couldn't do anymore as the cramps I had a few days back have fcuked my right leg's calf muscle up and it was hurting to run. Will try a couple days of light jogging to get it back sorted or on a cycle.

Should be back tonite but will do chest i think simply as my calf is fcuked and i'm not sure if it can take the punishment of deadlifts!

Mind you, could do some pull downs and the like and keep the stress of my leg. Yeah, think thats the better option.

As for the commments - yeah, for some reason I have a strong back and shoulders but the chest is my weak point - prolly because of the long arms. Oh well, keep smashing it and the fcuker will have to grow

Think i've put on some fat recently due to less cardio. Gonna get myself back in the gym a little more on the cardio. Had slowed it a little but think its needed to keep myself as I want and also I have eaten a little poorly at times recently.
