Papa's XXX Shots - Ready for the cut!

Starting to feel a little burnt out, regardless of rest.  The end of the cut won't come too soon.  Even carb up's don't do much BUT the fat continues to shrink.  This is hard work!

Got a target weight or a limit you wont go any lower than?

I'm stuck at about 15 stone 7lbs, can't get passed it.  Odd.  Still, will keep working on.  Next week will have less fats and increase veg to drop water...

you were stuck at another weight before and then all of a sudden it came down again you do rite to stick at it, cant wait for pics need some inspiration for my cut

Well, waist is 33" now, down from 38" at the start of the cut.  Not bad!  I reckon about 10% minimum, prolly 12%.  I find my prob is, any stress in diet or life and I hold water, dunno why.  Also I need a few days off because i'm feeling burnt out - need a series of very early beds I think and early cardio tonite and no weights...

...and yes hoping that next week when I lower the fats and hit in lots of carbs and proteins that water weight will drop off...

Chuffed at the second - normally I take the pic on the morning of the carb up without any water on me, this is this evening - looking water free already - can't wait to see how I look on the weekend!

Found out that i'm missing a rib tho.  On my left side of my body i'm missing my last rib - on the right the ribs slowly blend in.  On my left, it just drops away where there should be a rib!

Sounds like one of your floating ribs has erm ... floated off

My self the old Keto Diet is working rather well, I feel I am actually looking decent have lost a good bit of fat but in terms of this competition I dont feel I started it early enough, I'll prob need another 2-4 weeks after it to get in the condition I would like (bearing in mind I am no where near the size I would like)
