I am starting to feel skinny now with the cut, although strength has remained constant despite tiredness occasionally due to the sheer lack of carbs!
My last carb up was a disaster I totally pigged out!

I find the diet relatively easy to stick to alhtough I havent been on it for anywhere near as long as you have I thought it would be extremely hard to stick to, I think the zero carbs (no direct sources) rather than low carb approach really helps in this respect- not too many carb cravings as a result and turning down cake etc hasn't been a problem.

I still think I have to lose about 10lbs which would bring me below 12stone which is crazy! but i'll see. that won't be happening by next week though!

Gonna lean bulk with a nice rebound.  Having a week off everything mind you in Greece next week - can't wait!

sorry if this has been asnwered already.... now long have you been training, you have any pics before training at all?

Been training since I was 21, now 29.  However properly nailing has been about 3.5-4 years.  Diet utterly nailed in the last 3 months LOL
