Had physio again yesterday on my shoulder - fixing it right up.  Ice packing my shoulder (front for my bicep tendonistus and rear for the torn infraspinitus) each day and it seems to be getting much better - annoyed I left it so long before getting it fixed.   Come monday,   keto diet, lifting and a little AAS me thinks...

Me too.  No overhead work for now tho so shoulder pressing is out the window

Just back from Frenchay hospital.

Pancreas has been hurting again and i've just come out of hospital after a couple of jabs for anti sickness and painkillers.  If it flairs back up again, i'm gonna be admitted into hospital

Looks like this may end before it begins.

Oh noes ... really hope it's not going to flare up again

I won't let it beat me.  Was feeling down when i posted last nite.  Still sore today but unless it forces me into hospital and I cannae train i'm gonna do this and win

Weight is actually falling off me at the moment without trying.  Not cutting yet but down to 17 stone from about 17 stone 10lbs.

17st 17lbs? Isn't that 18st 3lbs ? That sounds like one of those things where people are 30 one year, then 30 again the next year etc.

Of course it could be a typo, but i reckon it's your subconcious taking over

Hope the pancreas holds up - what was the initial cause down to, is it an infection?

Blimey, over what time period??!

I was 18 stone and about 5lbs April 10th.

Got ill dropped to about 17 stone and a few lbs with no eating for a week in hospital.    Was eating after and weight went back up to 17 stone 10lbs.  Now my weight is a a lb or two over 17 stone - this is properly eating.

Something properly isn't right - and yes that was a typo.  Not sure whether to be cacking it (i'm getting a fishy taste in my mouth when I eat at the mo too) or whether its just the lack of AAS in my system.

I'm sure its partially no AAS but the speed its dropping makes me think there is more at hand.  Will have a good chat with Dr tomorrow and see his angle, esp with pancreatic pains over the last few days.

Main area size is coming off is arms and shoulder (and I personally think chest, but misses just says maily shoulders and arms...

Yep, just infection - a virus.

Woot woot woot - Dr has confirmed bloods are all perfect now and yes i'll have the odd bit of pancreatic pain but as they have, will get less and less and less...

I don't know anything about the Keto diet. Might do a little reading just out of interest

Diet: (for 250lb man)
Meal 1 6 whole Omega-3 eggs
Meal 2 8oz chicken with 1/2 cup raw almonds
Meal 3 50g whey with 2 tablespoons all natural peanutbutter (PWO)
Meal 4 8oz salmon with 1 cup asparagus with 1 tablespoon macadamia nut oil
Meal 5 50 g whey with 2 tablespoon PB
Meal 6 6 whole eggs
