Oh, did a PB in the gym on the leg press, not in weight but in reps. Did: 270kg x 20, 275kg x 20, 280kg x 20, 290kg x 20, 300kg x 17 Which, on no carbs is hell. But loved it. Hobbled out the gym LOL

Hey Lil P! Yes, lots and lots of haribo I think. TBH I may actually start it early (as in tomorrow evening) as I struggle to consume decent amount so may give myself an extra 4-6 hours of carbing up time to fill me up completely on the carb front. Nipping to Morrisons soon as they have all the different flavours at half price How is your cut going?

Oh yes it's important to get all the different flavours in! Proper Bo Erm I'm not doing very well at all really, finding it very hard to get motivated. Diet has been rubbish for the last few weeks and not been gym  . On a positive note, diet has been much better this week and I hope to get back to the gym next week. I have about 11 weeks now until I go to Cyprus so I should be able to make some good progress by then

Honestly? I am lazy. If my diet starts to slip, it has an impact on my gym visits. Diet has been poor, so I've felt there's been no point in going to the gym. As I say, diet has been much better this week and I feel in control once again, so back in the game next week I really hope

Hmmm I dunno - its hard to hide too much fat and I can't see much - you have slim arms too! I think you are FAR too hard on yourself - you look stunning and should be proud of how you look New updated diet is... MEAL #1 5 whole eggs MEAL #2 SHAKE: 50g Whey Protein with 1 tablespoon of Peanut butter MEAL #3 5 whole eggs MEAL #4 SHAKE: 50g Whey Protein with 1 tablespoons of Peanut butter MEAL #5 Chicken with 15g almonds/cashew nuts or RED MEAT with a green salad (no tomatoes, carrots, or red peppers) with 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil and vinegar MEAL #6 200g chicken with 15g almonds/cashew nuts Only a slight change (1 less egg per meal, and 1 less tablespoon of peanut butter per meal) but enough to keep the weight loss coming. Also at the start of week 6 I think I will up the cardio to 80 mins a day (40 mins morning, 40 min evening).

80mins is a cinch. I was doing 40mins a.m. - only because that is all I can fit in before I start work as the gym doesn't open until 7.30am grrrrrrr....and then at least 40mins after work, often 45 or 50. Actually I could do more physically, it's the mental boredom that makes me stop. See what I'm doing here? Egging myself on to get stuck into it next week
