Feeling fuller because of the carbs and had a little flex - fcuk me the carbs don't half fill you out a bit more

Keep me under wraps a bit more but i'm loving the feeling of glycogen return to my muscle.

Whoop!  So much so, i'm having a training session in the morning after a good lot of whey and haribo

          Cheers hun! Still don't think the fat is coming off as well as it could, defo going to increase the cardio to 80 mins a day and take the diet of a 200lbm man (which I guess I should be in region of, maybe a little less).

            Now doing between 60 and 100 mins cardio a day and 45 mins weight a day, 5 days a week.  Starting to feel a little more tired now than before.  Also with the leaner diet, starting to feel peckish every now and again.  No worries tho, still all going good.  Water weight still coming off so back to around 16 stone 4lbs...

                Nope as i'm strictly sticking to the diet to a T.  Really sucks but what is 7 more weeks in the long term?  Nothing.  Just sucks balls at the moment that i'm peckish LOL

                    Can't wait til Friday @ 6pm now... start of carb up again.  Down to 16 stone 1lb-ish.  Hoping to break into the 15's by the end of next week

                      Diet: (for 250lb man)
                      Meal 1 6 whole Omega-3 eggs
                      Meal 2 8oz chicken with 1/2 cup raw almonds
                      Meal 3 50g whey with 2 tablespoons all natural peanutbutter (PWO)
                      Meal 4 8oz salmon with 1 cup asparagus with 1 tablespoon macadamia nut oil
                      Meal 5 50 g whey with 2 tablespoon PB
                      Meal 6 6 whole eggs



                      Hi mate, you say you are sticking to the diet to a t.... ^^^^ Is this still the right one?
                       
                      Im on a low carb set up now myself but im mixing it up as much as possible that it allows.
                       
                      How are you having the eggs or the chicken? Are you using any flavour at all or just doing it hardcore? Ive been sticking everything in omlettes or using a little mayo.
                       
                      As a treat im having some squirty cream in a coffee. Other than that, i look forwards to the peanut butter as its the sweetest thing im having...

                        I've adjusted it down a little - 5 eggs each egg meal instead of 6 and 1 heaped tea spoon rather than 2 tablespoons of peanut butter in the whey/peanut butter meals.  Chickenwise I use peri peri spices but thats it.  No mayo or anything.

                        Diet is going ok but slowly - would like to be ripped at the end of it, not sure it will happen mind you.

                              Sometimes I feel i'm getting leaner - veins pop out at times all over the shop and others I feel too watery.   Mind you, when I tense hard now, across my traps and shoulders I'm getting a large number of spider web veins starting to protude which weren't showing before.

                              Perhaps I'm losing fat and gaining a little muscle a weight is sticking right now...

                                Would you run this diet again Papa? I'm starting it today and have everything in place. I like the simplicity of it and the science behind it. However, it seems that loads of people who are using it have to drop their calories very low to make progress, which isn't the case with most other approaches. You'd think the fact that it was a keto diet would allow you to eat more and still progress.

                                    Mate try not to over analyse everything, otherwise it will mess with your head.  You know your diet, training and supplementation will mean you will lose the fat, so stick with it and you will get to where you wanna be.
