Bad shoulder pain
Trapped nerve in groin - post op complication
Damaged disc in back
Mentally unstable

Still training, still gaining - hoping 2009 is going to be my year to feel good!

Which women's mag is it, can you say? What sort of slant will they be taking in the article, re steroids do you think?

Hols were great if fcuking stupidly expensive for everyting - £2.50 for a can of coke? £4.50 for a packet of cereal?! Oh well. Was laughing my head off when I landed. Got off the plane in shorts and t-shirts in driving rain (i'm brown as feck - looks almost like dream tan LOL)

The mag is fabulous mag. They are simply comparing 2 natural and 2 aas users and the effect the training has on their partner.

Should be interesting to see what happens

COT - thanks for the kind words - I'm not perfect and I do get fat etc - I just train and eat for one goal - gaining muscle or trimming the fat to show that muscle
