I wouldn't say I get used to it...I just genuinely don't mind in the first place. If Welshy is happy with it then I'm happy. If she wasn't happy then I'd step up to the plate if I feel I need to and get it sorted out

Lemsip capsules... it's made my cold f*** right off !

Had lempsip 2-3 times today - sorted me a bit.  Gonna be ok to work tomorrow but i'm putting off any diet work or training, probably to next week.  I'd rather hold muscle and gain a little fat and work my arse off when well next week.

Just waiting for bloods tomorrow, back work tomorrow and then xray/ultra sound Monday and I can hit this thing with full force.

Current weighing around 17 stone 10lbs, fat has increased towards 20% in last month because of illness and lack of assistance, so I reckon its gonna need to be under 15 stone to look ripped.   11 weeks and about 10-15% BF to lose.

Should be interesting.  Just wish I could stop sneezing!
