Looking a little fat and spotty at the moment - having to eat plenty to maintain weight off AAS with zero test and can't do PCT as i'm going back on and don't want PCT meds messing with bloods - can't get worse

Two days of really poor eating and i'm looking rather flat and fat. Also, nothing in me, no recent training so no muscle pump. Guess the after photo's can only look better! BTW i'm not leaning to one side in the photo's - thats a lack of growth in my right trap due to my on going shoulder Infraspinitus shoulder tear. Hopefully later this year in my bulk I can correct this.

Defo in time for a cut. I look extremely fat in my eyes. All gain in about a month too - was leaner and bigger before I got ill
