Paracetamol/Ibuprofen and Oral Cycle

Would i be ok to take Paracetamol or Ibuprofen tablets whilst on a 30mg D-Bol and 20mg Wini a day cycle? I am taking Milk Thistle, Alpha Lipoic Acid and Saw Palmetto during the cycle and Tamoxifen PCT.
I have a slight back strain and have been using Ibuprofen Gel but taking tablets would be a lot easier.

I've just seen a physio and he has sorted it, was only a minor problem that needed to be massage it out.
