just thought if any working chest i have been doing partial reps about 6 to 12 inch movesment from start postion on bench press for 10 reps thena 10 secs static contraction it really works with me and when i do normall flat bench my weight has increased every week and also less fatique any one else do these

    i think you can get strong doing reps like this and you can add more muscle but if i was you i would up the reps and have a little pose at the top point of each rep. Then after if you can hit a few shots then back in the pump will be the best you have had.

      I do partials or floor presses specifially for triceps on a day when I don't bench. Can't say it's particularly helped my bench, but then again it would be difficult to attribute any one particular exercise to helping increase my bench.

        hi mate i having been bodybuilding for 7 years and weight training for about 14 years . looked at your photos and you looked really good made alot of changes . as for diet and supps if i was you i wud add up my cals from when you was dieting and see how much cardio i was doing then cut cardio in half and up cals by 500 a day. then wud start watching my body a try to keep fat levels down all year cus i want to see the changes to my body you cant see if its covered in fat. bodybuilding not wot you weigh or wot you lift its wot you look like.
