I am intrigued peagreen, if I had your physique i'd be whoring pics all over the place. I was interested to see what sort of number you're shifting, whilst strength may or may not be your goal you don't build a physique like yours without some kind of weights progression! As expected you shift an amount of weight unfathomable to myself! Very impressive benching (and DB press) When this is over I'd be interested if you had any pre training pics or starting out pics to see how far you've come. Desperately seeking out inspiration atm

Nice lifting there, I reckon if you worked up for a max attempt with lower reps prior you'd be good for 160kg at least. Good work.

Thanks Will - you may be right but I don't really have the confidence in my bench as I have such long arms. Plus where I am there is never anyone to spot me on the bench, one day when I hit a proper gym maybe I'll give it a whirl, always worried about knackering my shoulder or something though trying to lift to heavy. Mind you if I hit a proper gym I'd be so excited I'd want to do a decent workout lol. walkie I am intrigued peagreen, if I had your physique i'd be whoring pics all over the place. For the PB record I managed 40 x4 (x2) with dumbbell press yesterday, which was satisfying - only 4k more and I've maxed out at the bloody gym gymbabeliz ooh if you do come up to paisley in may make sure you look out for me and say hello! Hey Liz, will definitely pop over and say hello if I make it up, would like to come up whether I step on stage or not - having trouble with diet and motivation at the minute, hope to sort it - who knows, getting too bloody old for this game. Take care.

Proper gym is a 100 mile round trip TB - Edinburgh, not much I can do about it to be honest. As it stands now, I have a 20 mile commute and I go every day.

Yeah, that's pretty weak... I'd be spending a smegging fortune on petrol doing that (20mpg...) - would probably work out better to buy all the equipment on credit!

If things go to plan this year - which they never do (or at least not for me anyway) I may even be building a home gym - waiting on a few things.

Home gyms are great for ease of training, but with mine back in the UK, I used to miss having others around to spur me on.

Never thought I would be updating this in this fashion... I'm out due to a rather feeble excuse of nearly losing my right lower leg, pitiful I know lol. This incident also wrecks my assault on the UKBFF Scottish Championships - Paisley on 13/05 For the record, on the 11th March (accident was the 12th) I was standing on the scales at 107.5K and the six pack was out - I'm pretty f*cking pissed off about it all right now.

I thought long and hard about taking these pics, however I will use them as a motivational tool, eventually. Once again though, heading towards a competition I never took any pics throughout my dieting phase - the end of the SUC was going to be the point where I took some, which would have been approx 6 weeks from show day - UKBFF, Paisley, Scotland. I weighed in on 11th March, my accident was the 12th - I stepped off the scales on the 11th, holding a six pack in tow, I reckon around the 10% BF mark, which gave me approx 8 weeks to lose the last 5% with water etc. I was really fecking pleased with myself, however like I said I never took pics because I did not want to tempt fate - duh!! Maybe not taking the pics is my fate? Next time (if there is a next time?) I will take pics every two bloody weeks. However, I'm putting these up to give me that kick in the arse to get back to where I was 3 weeks ago. It may take me a year or more but somehow I will get there, again!! 11th March > 1st April Weight 107.5Kg > 93Kg -14.5Kg Chest 48.5" > 45" -3.5" Waist 36" > 35" -1" (which is annoying lol, should be more) Biceps 18.5" > 17" -1.5" Thighs 28" > 25" -3" (its the lower part of my legs which I had worked so hard on, which has waisted the quickest)

^^^ lol!! Glad you've put pics up mate, looking at the 'loses', all is good IMO. Fullness has taken a hammering, and right leg is atrophying as expected, but you're still carrying a lot more mass, and better shape than most of the guys on here, and 99% of joe public! It may be the crutches, but is your back aligning better still now?
