Hi experts.

I am 36years old

6ft4

18% body fat

16Stone 9Pounds

Can anyone advise on the perfect muscle building diet?

I'd like it to heavily incorporate whey isolate and chicken.

    eggs
    oats
    chicken
    nuts seeds
    flax oil
    whey isolate
    cnp pro bar xs 30g protein 3g carb
    cnp flapjack 18g protein 30g carb
    fruit solid/juice
    mixed fresh veg
    creatine
    water

    Things i keep away from...

    White bread
    sugar
    cereals
    choc/sweets
    crisps/chips/potato
    alcohol
    fast food
    fried foods
    pizza

        Wakeup : protein drink, fresh orange juice, creatine

        30min later : medium bowl alpen

        mid morning : apple, 3 eggs, nuts

        lunch : salad / chicken

        mid afternoon : protein drink

        tea : chops / veg

        late eve : protein drink

        night : protein drink (casenate)

        ============

        I will have extra shakes pre post workout.
        I also snack on protein bars and flapjacks and fruit
