Hi experts. I am 36years old 6ft4 18% body fat 16Stone 9Pounds Can anyone advise on the perfect muscle building diet? I'd like it to heavily incorporate whey isolate and chicken.

I like.... Fresh salmon eggs oats chicken nuts seeds flax oil whey isolate cnp pro bar xs 30g protein 3g carb cnp flapjack 18g protein 30g carb fruit solid/juice mixed fresh veg creatine water Things i keep away from... White bread sugar cereals choc/sweets crisps/chips/potato alcohol fast food fried foods pizza

Wakeup : protein drink, fresh orange juice, creatine 30min later : medium bowl alpen mid morning : apple, 3 eggs, nuts lunch : salad / chicken mid afternoon : protein drink tea : chops / veg late eve : protein drink night : protein drink (casenate) ============ I will have extra shakes pre post workout. I also snack on protein bars and flapjacks and fruit Cheers
