Day 19

Deadlift

So after 3 weeks of getting back in to training with no targeted training plan, this happened:

 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z_u6gUYU2FE

300kg picked up and put down.
I know the technique is a bit rocky, the economy of movement is fairly terrible (watch the bar travel around my knees on it's way up), but I did get it up, so I'm happy with that.

I didn't plan on going for the 300 today but the 280 came up so quickly I thought I'd go for it.

Nice work TDogg! if your DL PB is still 305kg I can see you smashing that soon! Tech may have been a tad rocky but it looked smooth!

What's the research behind this SARM mate, I'm pretty paranoid about running them due to the unresearched or unknown side affects that could take a while to manifest, I've done Ostarine and that freaked me out due to the headaches for the first couple of days, and some people had vision issues, just slightly freaks me out lol!

Hey G00SE,
A lot of newer SARMs do not currently have any human research data, so there is always going to be a small risk.
Places that provide most of the newest SARMs make it clear that they are for research purposes only, even those that market them as training supplements have disclaimers.
That being said some products like Osta, LGD4033 and S4 have been available for so long that the accumulation of available data can be used as a clear evidence of efficacy, that support some of the less fantastical claims
S4 has been shown at certain doses in different individuals to cause some vision issues, mainly pertaining to night vision.
Osta can cause mild suppression at high doses.
LGD4033, is one of the stronger SARMs, but it does cause significant suppression even at low doses.

The SARM I am trying is LGD3303, there are no human studies currently for this SARM. I made my choice based on research that I found which compared favourably to a number of SARMs that I have had results from previously (I think I've tried every one available so far, waiting on the new ones)

Here's a link to the LGD3303 study: http://jpet.aspetjournals.org/content/328/2/663

Hope that helps, any other questions, I'll try my best to help you out.

Forgot I asked you this! Thanks for the detailed reply, I supposed we do need people to be the first to try these out and detail the effects, otherwise we would never know!
Although I remember Ostarine being quite high profile for a while, without the results even proven just because a a big company was interested in it, do you know of any interested in this SARM? Or have all clinical trials worn out due to not getting the results needed, like Ostarine?

Hey G00SE,

I don't know of any 'big' companies pushing this yet, I think most are still milking Osta, LGD4033 and S4. Some of the more progressive ones have started pushing RAD140 and YK11.
Until the profit in these starts dropping, I doubt they'll be wasting money on developing 'unknowns'

Day 23

Chest

Flat bench pyramid up to 2x150kg
Followed by 20 supersets of chest exercises

I'm not going to lie, after the big bench I struggled with the supersets, by the end of the session I was glad it was over. My triceps were on fire (I used to think I had strong tri's, now I think they may be a weak point).
I really think the 3303 has given me some serious 'gym energy', as no matter how tired I am through the day I always manage to smash out the sessions (with a couple of blips).
I feel stronger and all my numbers are higher.
It has taken me only three weeks to come back from a month of ice cream eating and no training and before that 6 months of unmotivated maintenance training.
As long as my bloods come in well after the next test, I'll go straight on another run of 3303 and stack it with some other SARMs.

Thanks bud,

I'm always nervous when I try for a DL PB because it really brings me down when I fail.
But I think in a couple of weeks if I run straight through with the 3303 I'll go for it.

Great progress man! I felt like 4033 gave me a ton of energy/stamina as well.

Hey got_veins?
It's not LGD 4033 it's LGD 3303, a similar name but different product researched by Ligand Pharmaceuticals. Like 4033 but supposedly less sides, so far seems to be as advertised

Day 24

Legs

Squat pyramid up to 1x220kg
Followed by 20 sets of leg exercises

I went a bit stupid with my headline lift today, I had planned to do some pause squats but I had a bit of a rush to the head and just started adding weight and low repping.
Silly really but I went for the strength test, I'm happy that I got the 5 plates it's the heaviest lift of about 8 months.

Day 25
Rest

Day 26

Deadlift

Speed deadlifts 10x5 @ 220kg
Followed by some sets of good mornings and a few sets of pull ups

A good session today, nothing too crazy, felt strong through the headline sets. My strength continues to show progression. My muscles look harder and smoother and my sessions are full of energy. Only one training session left of this particular cycle and one blood test, then I'll do a full review of everything.
