Playing with a brand new SARM!

So, as the title says I have decided to have a play with a brand new SARM, it's called LGD3303 (not to be confused with LG4033, which i have also run previously).

I'll be starting with a dose of 10mg (5am/5pm), if I change it I'll definitely make note of that.
I will mainly be logging my headline lifts and any significant changes to any ancillary lifts, as I find long lists of numbers and exercises not that relevant. I prefer to judge efficacy by headline lifts and visible body composition changes.
I'll be attempting to run the 3303 for 28days, obviously this will be dependent on whether or not it tries to kill me.
During the run I will keep my calories around my maintenance levels, but will be making not of numbers and differences in appetite.
The reason I won't be tinkering with calories is that when I try something new I like to keep the variables down so the effects, or lack thereof, are more attributable.
I'll make notes of any significant events & occurrences, mood, energy levels etc.
I'll post pictures along the way so we can all have fun critiquing my progress or if there is none.

I will try and answer any questions you guys have as best I can.

So here we go, let's play

Day 1:
Fatty Fat McFat Fat!
This is the start, after 1 month of no training.

Cool. Just two questions:

1) what is this SARM designed to do? Sales pitch?
2) are you doing bloods, especially considering it's a 'new' one?

Hi Brett,

1) This SARM was found to increase muscle mass and bone density without adversely effecting the prostate. Most of the research notes support these results (research done on rats). The sales pitch however, has all of the usual 'build hard muscle' 'potent muscle building formula' 'most powerful SARM ever, rip your T-shirt by flexing!' (small exaggeration, but you get my point).
It is touted as being more powerful than LGD4033, I've run 4033 before and found it effective as a solid bulker and the suppression wasn't as hard as fearmongers shout about.
2) I will be doing bloods at 2 weeks and 4 weeks, I will compare those to the ones I did 4 weeks ago, which came out within the standard range for my age.

About time someone did.
It's supposed to be more potent than 4033 which was also developed by lignand with less sides. Some studies been kicking about for a while. Not widely available to the public though.
Bloods would be ideal

Day 1

First day back after a month off.
Starting off with Deadlift session followed by back

Deadlift Pyramid 15x60kg, 12x100kg, 10x140kg, 8x160kg, 6x180kg, 4x200kg, 3x220kg, 2x240kg
Followed by 3 Pause Deadlift (Knee, Top, Knee) [link=mailto:5x5@180kg]5x5@180kg[/link]
Followed this with a full back session

Bounced into the gym today
Two reasons:
  1. Love starting a new PED run
  2. Absolutely love Deadlifts

Session was good, felt good to move the fat around. A good starting session, not going to attribute this to the 3303, even though I pre-loaded it over the last couple of days.
As much as I love Deadlift day, it's been a while since I've pulled heavy, while I feel strong and energetic, I haven't been over 290kg this year. I want one PB before I take a summer break, might add that into my goals.

I've read through some of the published research and it looks good.
I've gone through pretty much all of the SARMs out there so far, so always looking at the new ones.

Re: Playing with a brand new SARM! 2017/03/04 00:32:10 (permalink)
Day 2

Chest day

Flat Bench 5x10 @ 120kg
Followed by 25 sets of different Dumbell bench exercise with minimal rest periods

Trained with a friend today so didn't really push heavy weight, focussed on volume more than everything. I wasn't really sure of his ability to spot me.

So first occurrence to report,
On Monday I took my PM dose after I got home from work, about 8pm, went through my normal evening routine and hit the sack about 11.30pm. I just laid there till 5am when I decided to get up and get on with today's efforts.
Generally I tend to fall asleep at the drop of a hat (girlfriend calls me 'the sleeping bandit', long story), and I never have problems with waking up or energy levels and have never had insomnia from any other product (prohormone or SARM).
The full Half life for LGD3303 is 12 hours but highest saturation is between 2 & 4 hours, so this could be a thing. The weirdest thing, however, is that the whole of today I have functioned completely normally and had no lack of energy during training.
I will be dosing morning after I wake up and keep the late dose to midday.
I may introduce a late dosing when I have a couple of days off together later in the run to see if this is a definite 3303 effect or just me being weird.

Hi

Im trying lgd 3303 as well. On day14. Only noticeable sides - increased aggression in first few days. Had taken does on empty stomach, so not sure if that was an issue  but it seems to have settlled.
Good strenght gains in gym. Intend to run for 6 weeks so will share results at end of run.

Day 3

Leg Day

Squat Pyramid up to 2x180kg
Followed by 20 sets of leg exercises all with maximal weights

Not very heavy on my squats today, but enough to know where my strength is. Did get a strain headache on the first set of noticeable weight, but powered through like a meathead.
Slept well last night, took second dose at 2pm.

Calories: 3500 missed my numbers today .

Day 4

Deadlift Day

Deadlift pyramid up to 2x260kg and then another 2x260kg
Followed by Pause deadlifts and Good mornings

Session was curtailed by time. I felt a little unfocused from the start of the session, but once the heavier deadlifts started everything seemed to slot in nicely. Nothing else noticeable to report
