Been training 7 years, going to start getting a little more serious again, please tell me what you think, I am going to bulking but not going to crazy:

          Hi mate Im no expert but wot is ur training like
          Meaning cardio / weights , how's ur metabolism ? I mean do u gain weight easily or not , age , I think all on here will need a bit more info , I'm on a fat loss mission so if I ate all tht I'd be like a Michelin man
