I'm with Terry on this one, and if your biceps are going to tear it will probably be on stones, tyre or mixed grip deadlifting at which point there will be a lot more than 20kg of force going through your biceps tendon!

bigscottishbastard Wayne Cowdrey I don't think even heavy BB curls would be considered an important exercise by most strongmen! Hammer Curls are king IMO, help with stones, tyre flip and other loading like kegs for instance. I do heavy hammer curls and then every so often Ez-Bar curls for higher reps. I agree on the hammer curls!! They are beneficial!! We all know the best way to get good at stones and tyre flip though ;-)
