Well done Ken. LMAO at the guys watching you. Arnold said in the new encyclopedia of modern bodybuilding that surrounding yourself with serious trainers will help your motivation. From the look af the lads in your gym, all your motivation comes from yourself!!

Cheers guys. Apparently Jesse Marunde swore by snatches for stuff like one motioning stones, plus I think they're a great addition to any routine to help build explosive power. Here's Jesse workout from 2005 doing power snatches:
