Pplex & Tren 12 March 2010 09:40 (permalink)
30-40mg phera + 120-150mg tren
Is this doseage ok for a 6 week cycle?
For support I have Liv 52 on the way - is this sufficient?
Gonna be starting as soon as it all arrives.

i would run the phera at 30mg for six week's and the tren at 120 mg for six is it the first time you have used phera?

What have you got planned for PCT?

You could err on the safe side and run Tren at 90mg. 120-150mg is a strong dosage.

You should see some very nice strength gains.

As for keeping the gains afterwards, that'll be interesting.

PCT is standard protocol nolva and probs cissus drol. Any recommendations for anything to add would be greatly appreciated.
I am always a little concerned about how to keep gains afterwards but I will just do what I have always done and increase intensity and lower volume that should help retain my gains I hope. I am thinking this will shut me down real hard so was wondering if I should add anything else in my PCT to help out or maybe run something (again, suggestions welcome) alongside my Phera and tren?

Oh and to answer question above it is my first time using either of these meds but I have read so many good reviews about the products that it should be a good cycle as far as gains are concerned.

Should be fine really.  Using those two alongside a good diet should be fine, IMO

you mean Trenbolone or a prohormone called Tren ?

I ran Phera Plex for 6 weeks at 45mg ed (that was when CEL had 15mg PP caps), 300mg Tren E and 500mg Test E ew. Was a fantastic cycle. Hammer strength gains.

I mean a PH called Tren. Not done AAS for a good number of years. I just wanted to give them a go together and see how I get on as I have read many a review about good size and strength gains and that is what I am after right now. Then in a few months I will begin to cut which I may look at AAS for assistance in this.

These so called 'tren' prohormones convert to dienolone, that's the active hormone
